This is a developing story.
Skagway’s police chief, Ray Legget, resigned on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
We are investigating the circumstances of the resignation, but the borough manager and Legget have not yet responded to the Skagway News.
KHNS was able to reach both parties. In the interest of getting information out to the community we are linking their story HERE.
We will update this story as we can and include it in the October 23 edition.
